As you read, please excuse the mishaps. We're still under construction here. But I'll tell you this much, the tumblr is much cleaner than my apartment after several sleepless nights. Unfortunately I don't know how to clean a website, but I guess I could pick up my shoes....

SHARE MY SCARE OF THE COLONIC!

Here it is. The before/after video of my colonic.  It’s not gross…PG-13, but only due to my potty mouth. Check it out, I hope you laugh instead of cringe. 

I am definitely glad I did it.  And four days later, I feel better.  I’m much more conscious of what I eat…mostly fruit and veggies and I’m completely satisfied.  My appetite as a whole has drastically shrunk, which is a good thing (this is also a result of my 5 day L.O.V.E. Fast). I was consuming way too much before.  I never thought it was possible, but I don’t even eat as many cookies.  Huh! Far from cured, but a step in the right direction.

Sandi and Tom from Release, thanks for being informative, and oh so gentle. I will see you soon. And videographer, wow, you’re a trooper!
